Cette solution d'erreur est très simple, d'abord, comprenons pourquoi cette erreur se produit. Il a essentiellement deux raisons qui sont :
1) Votre nom de base de données et de service n'est pas correctement défini dans l'environnement Oracle, il devrait être le même partout, vérifiez ci-dessous les valeurs des paramètres
-ORACLE_SID in oracle environment.
-SID_NAME in tnsnames.ora file.
-SERVICE_NAME in listener.ora file.
2) Le nom d'hôte/l'adresse IP est manquant, incorrect ou faute d'orthographe, veuillez donc vérifier ce qui suit.
-Check the IP ADDRESS in /etc/hosts file.
-It should be same in listener.ora and tnsnames.ora file
-And it should be able to ping from the local and remote server.

Remarque : Maintenant, j'ai trouvé le problème dans la configuration de l'adresse IP, ce n'est pas un ping, j'ai donc apporté quelques modifications au pilote eth1 de mon système d'exploitation sur la machine VMware.
