La méthode "eazy" consiste à utiliser CONCAT pour générer du JSON.
Et utilisez GROUP_CONCAT pour combiner les enregistrements de plusieurs équipes dans un tableau JSON.
Cette méthode fonctionne également dans les anciennes versions de MySQL qui ne prennent pas en charge les fonctions de création JSON.
