D'après la trace de la pile, il est évident que le spring jpa convertit le nom de votre colonne de manière incorrecte.

Dans votre trace de pile en essayant d'exécuter la méthode listaRistoranti(RistoranteRepositoryImpl.java:54) sur la classe Entité Ristorante , jpa convertit le nom de colonne donné sous la forme @Column(name = "idRistorante") à la mallette chameau id_ristorante ,alors que dans la base de données le nom de la colonne est idRistorante lui-même, qui est à l'origine du problème.

Essayez d'utiliser la propriété suivante dans application.properties ou application.yml quel que soit celui que vous utilisez, afin que spring jpa ne convertisse pas le nom de votre colonne et l'utilise tel qu'il est spécifié dans votre entité.
