J'ai eu divers problèmes de bundler/gem avec un nouveau projet Rails 3.2.3 suivi de votre Gemfile. J'ai pu le contourner en supprimant Gemfile.lock et en réexécutant 'bundle install'. Le journal de ce que j'ai fait est joint et comprend l'excision d'ActiveRecord. J'espère que cela vous aidera.
