JComboBox modifie l'index à l'aide de DefaultComboBoxModel

faux, ma classe Item fonctionne comme je m'y attendais, dans votre cas requis pour une meilleure aide plus tôt postez un SSCCE , sinon tout ici est tiré dans le noir, par exemple, vous pouvez modifier et appliquer ItemRenderer aussi,
