Comme indiqué dans la réponse de @Origin, il s'agit d'un problème de couverture d'ensemble et est un NP-Complete problème, c'est-à-dire incalculable pour tout sauf un très petit nombre de possibilités.
Pour votre problème, une solution d'algorithme glouton peut être adéquate.
Je n'ai pas le temps de résoudre votre problème, mais vous trouverez ci-dessous le code que j'ai utilisé pour résoudre le mien. La structure de votre tableau est plus simple, votre solution devrait donc l'être aussi !
