Pour stocker les heures de fonctionnement normales, vous devez stocker un certain nombre d'enregistrements contenant :
- Boutique - INTEGER
- JourDeSemaine - ENTIER (0-6)
- OpenTime - HEURE
- Heure de fermeture - HEURE
Je suppose par exemple que chaque magasin a des heures réduites pendant les jours fériés, ou a des fermetures d'usine, vous devrez donc également stocker des enregistrements de dérogation :
- Boutique - INTEGER
- Remplacer la date de début - DATE
- RemplacerEndDate - DATE
- JourDeSemaine - ENTIER (0-6)
- AltOpenTime - HEURE
- AltFermeHeure - HEURE
- Fermé - INTEGER (0, 1)
Trouver des magasins ouverts est trivial, mais il faut aussi vérifier s'il y a des heures de dépassement :

Si un enregistrement est renvoyé, ces magasins ont des heures alternatives ou sont fermés.
Il y a peut-être quelques bons SQL-fu que vous pouvez faire ici, mais cela vous donne les bases.

Quant à l'efficacité, elle est efficace dans le sens où vous n'avez qu'à faire un seul appel à MySQL, ce qui est souvent un goulot d'étranglement s'il s'agit d'un réseau. Vous devrez tester et voir si cela fonctionne selon vos spécifications. Sinon, vous devrez peut-être jouer avec certains indices.
