créer Oracle View pour comparer les données en fonction des conditions

Pourriez-vous vérifier la requête suivante, j'ai fait tous les cas dans with clause, puis en faire une union.

Nous n'avons pas besoin de full join plus et en accédant au tableau pour chaque cas, il est réécrit.
