...mais voici les étapes de base.

sudo apt-get install unixodbc unixodbc-dev freetds-dev freetds-bin tdsodbc
Pointez odbcinst.ini vers le pilote dans /etc/odbcinst.ini :
[FreeTDS]
Description = v0.91 with protocol v7.2
Driver = /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/odbc/libtdsodbc.so
Créez vos DSN dans odbc.ini :
[dbserverdsn]
Driver = FreeTDS
Server = dbserver.domain.com
Port = 1433
TDS_Version = 7.2
...et vos DSN dans freetds.conf :
[global]

Après avoir terminé, vous pouvez tester votre connexion en essayant de vous connecter avec tsql (pour tester la couche FreeTDS) et isql (pour la pile unixODBC via FreeTDS).
