Ceci est une réponse révisée en fonction de vos besoins. Bien sûr, il n'y a pas de Saint Graal pour les schémas, mais je voudrais motiver ma réponse avant la révision (garder une structure plate est facile à interroger et à maintenir) avec quelques exemples de données + requêtes basées sur votre liste d'exigences. Je répète, je ne dis pas que c'est la meilleure solution, mais c'est une solution simple à interroger et facile à entretenir (à mon humble avis).
