Si vous ne voulez qu'une seule valeur sur chaque ligne, il n'est pas nécessaire d'utiliser cross apply .

Une autre façon d'obtenir la même chose est d'utiliser FLWOR . Dans mes tests limités, cela fonctionnera un peu plus vite.
