Convertir la valeur de texte dans SQL Server d'UTF8 en ISO 8859-1

J'ai écrit une fonction pour réparer le texte UTF-8 qui est stocké dans un varchar domaine.

Pour vérifier les valeurs fixes, vous pouvez l'utiliser comme ceci :
